as far as I understand it the "where can i place a cache " rule depends on the cacher, the reviewers look at how active you are, how much you travel, etc.. if it's a "vacation cache" meaning you go...

A girl I'm friends with in Salt Lake does the google earth caching, I got her hooked and now she cant stop even though she doesn't have a GPS, I think she's found 15 already in just a couple weeks.....

That one is for sure up there on my list, my brother welded some climbing shoes and we had ropes and all kinds of stuff, it was awesome.

I started with the Etrex, then had the Etrex Ledgend, and for the past 4 years ish I've had the etrex Vista, its been awesome for me.
