I carry both my Glock 23 and a Kahr 9mm with the in the pants hip holster made by galco. I also use a blackhawk retention holster for the Glock. The in the pant holster are the way to go if you ask...

I have an SKS that is a 7.62x39 and I love it. I would not trade it for nothing. It is cheap to shoot and accurate for the most part. I think that you will be happy with one. The SKS is a nice gun...

I have a Glock 23 and love it. I shot the springfield XD and the glock felt better to me. I guess it is just a matter of opinion. I don't think that you will have any complaints.

I own the Glock 23 which is the compact model. I love this gun. My dad has the Springfield XD and he wishes he would have gotten the glock as well.
