The kid that makes those movies is Will. He's a Connecticut guy :haha:
A few pictures from my little trip:mrgreen:
I almost headed out to that this year. Clayton Off-Road Manufacturing was out there and they'll be at Easter Jeep. Got the invite, but got my own motorized stuff going on here.

It was a great time, lots of work and exhausting.
I was on the pit crew for the Maroon Bronco, (Sexton Offroad #4437)
They are racing at Easter Jeep Safari "Dirt Riot Endurance Race" on Big Saturday. I will be on the pit crew again :cool2:.

Many years ago, a friend of mine invited me to go to So Cal to test my 78 Bronco on a real trail (done all the tough ones Moab had to offer) called Sledgehammer. Would this happen to be the same area?
Yea, I chickened out after my friend told me about the Early Bronco Club that made it about a half mile into the trail and spent the rest of the day getting everyone back. This was way before any of the purpose built buggies and crawlers so they basically had stock rigs with maybe lifts, tires and lockers. Since I had a full sized one, there was no way I was going to attempt it. That friend also did another trail somewhere down there called Panamint Valley (or something like that), I saw the picts and video and the road looked like driving up a series of waterfalls. I think he said that he had to winch up 9 or 10 of them. Beat the crap out of their Jeeps but came back with some great stories. Have you heard of this one?
