I saw this on a website, and then our Delicate Arch thread made me think it would be fun to do here.
Here is what we do, everyone takes the same image. I randomly chose this one:

Now you either make it look cooler, funny, whatever. A week from today, we start again with a different image.
And I'd be cool with skipping this image and going with something else. I just thought I'd try and get the ball rolling.

Udink- I liked yours enough to call my wife over. I used to have that album.
I already spent my photoshop time budget today on a different post, but here is my entry for our competition.
I preferred Udink's picture, but at least I did something.

Basically I just created a rain drop on a black image, 250x250 pixels, blurred it some (wind blur 2x, flip the image 90 degrees and small Gaussian blur) , then inverted the colors, so the rain drop was black on a white field.
