Utah Lake Shore Trail
So many studies now are proving that getting out and enjoying nature can improve your immune system, help with depression, and improve creativity. The other day I was needing a little pick me up, so of course a hike was a must for me. I was craving to be near water, so I thought what the heck, I should go check out all the changes around Utah Lake. I was not expecting to be awed, but I left so energized, happier, and most definitely awed. Perfect trail to enjoy at sunset.
