If the Indians had of given the Pilgrims a donkey instead of a turkey we'd all be getting a piece of ass for Thanksgiving.

I raise this late morning beverage I just made to all of you..... :2thumbs:
Happy Thanksgiving, all you Americans, eh!
Deuce, that looks pretty tasty...
shoot deuce, i wish i was at your feast...
:2thumbs:
As for me, I celebrated Thanksgiving in an old-fashioned way. I invited everyone in my neighborhood to my house, we had an enormous feast, and then I killed them and took their land.
I guess I will be the lone voice of seriousness.
Last night, I had a nightmare that my oldest son (turns 15 in December) was dead. This really woke me up.
I'm truly grateful for my family and friends -- but most especially for my wife (of almost 20 years), my kids and immediate family (father, still serving this country after more than 30 years), my Mom in Texas, brothers and sister) and all my relatives.
A quick toast (yes, I am holding a glass of red wine) to those of you that I've met (hiked, ATV'd and fished with) and those of you that I may be fortunate enough to meet in the future.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Happy thanksgiving all! I decided to spend thanksgiving on me own with a bottle of Sailor Jerry rum and, in case of an emergency, a bottle of Baczewski Monopolowa Vodka. Also, salmon instead of turkey :ne_nau:
-Edit- I'm allowed to delete drunken posts right?

Unfortunately, that last statement (women do all the work etc....) is all too true in my family! Oh well.....at least we pop the cork on a bottle (or 3) of some really nice Chardonnay while we slave away............... :friday: Good thing we know how to do everything without even having to think about it! :2thumbs: I am thankful for my sisters who are still here to share the fun!
Happy Thanksgiving to all on Bogley. :2thumbs:
Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.
I lost about a pound on Thanksgiving. :2thumbs: Not much, but is better than the alternate in the Thanksgiving weight change department. :haha:
Anyway, it was a good time with my five year old daughter, seven year old son, wife and three other friends. We climbed a 12,867 foot peak over three days. I'll post more photos and a full trip report later.
