I've never heard the North Wash referenced by anyone but canyoneers, so when I saw this video I was surprised.

I was shooting the bull with one of the Canyoneering Guides in ROA in Moab one time. He said the best climbing that is still a secret is over to North Wash. Maybe not such a secret anymore.
Wow. Alex is a legend for a reason. 5.13 c like it's easy.

The climbing parts on the Wingate, further down toward Lake Foul from the Navajo sandstone where most of the slots are.
Oh, and its a secret.

Great video.
A shout out to my co-workers husband there at the end as he gets run off stage by the security guard! Concert footage from a show at Pioneer Park in SLC in 2010.
Not been a secret to "Jimmy Dean". "No Way Jose"!
Best? Nah. Hardest? Some.
Folks have been climbing there, off the radar, for years. But, still, it ain't no Indian Creek.
If anyone knows of any cracks(5.10?) in the North Wash, I'd really appreciate some beta. I'll be there this weekend n I'd love to climb for a day. Thanks
