TR: Uintas - Teapot lake

I took my kid and the wife up to Uintas yesterday, I should have checked the weather report first though. 30 mins after we got there and setup, it started to pour. We tried to wait it out for 20 more mins, but it just kept coming. So we took our catch of two rainbows and left. Still got the pics and the kid had a riot.

Place: Teapot lake - Uintas
Time to travel: 1 hour 10 mins from my house (Millcreek canyon)
Location: The lake is accessible from the road, very pretty, great for kids and pretty fun fishing.

Wouldn't be the Uintah's if it didn't rain in the afternoon for a couple hours.

Sweet! I love Teapot. There are actually some pretty nice sized fish in there that like to hug the bottom.

Perfect spot to take a kid. Good on ya.
