I'll be in Moab late next week March 20 through 24th. I'd like to do a technical route in fiery furnace is anyone familiar with route and would be game to show me? I'm gaining familiar arity that it seems to be forbidden to post the beta.

It's not so much that it's forbidden to post FF beta, it's that it's nearly impossible to post accurate beta the general public could follow. A GPS also doesn't really work in the FF, because you are navigating "hallways", which are often only a few feet apart but divided by a 200' fin. After you have done a FF route you'll understand. Good luck in finding a partner to show you a route.

The rangers lead guided tours through there.
Of course, if you have a National Parks pass, you can enter the FF unguided for free. If anybody doubts that, there's video evidence right here on Bogley that proves it. Perhaps @Sombeech could help me find it...please? :haha:

Lol blast from the past right there. Got my two oldest boys in tow. Man they're so little in this video.
Good stuff. Thanks for dredging it up. :2thumbs:
While the canyon proper is nothing too special in my opinion except for the rappel near the arch, the two routes in the furnace are about the route adventure.
The upclimbs, downclimbs, walking on fins, going through a maze of turns, and finally entering the canyon and ending on a fun overhang rap. And passing by skull arch on your way out is just bonus points too.
I love Moab and would show you that weekend but I got planz already for the Subwayz down in Zionz National Bank Park.
Another time perhaps when you are in Moab again?
