I'm not sure I follow. So the observatory was evacuated, buy why? The top link wouldn't load for me, maybe too much traffic.
prolly just some young hacker with a creative bent ! You have to admit, depending on whom and when you hack and so forth - there are so many possibilities for creating intrigue.
