So now, they want FFLs to do a psyche recall on potential gun buyers. Ask them if the buyer ‘looks’ like he’s going hunting ( because you know, that’s the only legit reason to buy a rifle- is to go hunting). Do you here voices? Did someone follow you here today?

I can see the ‘racist’ trap now. First minority walks into a gun shop, and dealer asks what his intentions are with the gun. Customer acts real shady and nervous, so dealer doesn’t sell them a gun. Customer fires running to the media, who calls the dealer a racist devise they wouldn’t sell a gun to a minority.

With the two hot topics in the news these days being voting laws and gun laws, the ignorant liberals talking point slogan claims that it’s sad that in America- it’s easier to get a gun than it is to vote. This obviously is not true. When was the last time you saw a dead person buy a gun?

“"It is not the role of the executive—particularly the unelected administrative state—to dictate" the terms of criminal law, the 6th Circuit maintained. "Granting the executive the right both to determine a criminal statute's meaning and to enforce that same criminal statute poses a severe risk to individual liberty." According to the 6th Circuit, that risk is one of the reasons why judges have no business tipping the scales in favor of the executive in such cases. "Entrusting the interpretation of criminal laws to the judiciary, and not the executive," the court said, "mitigates that risk and protects against any potential abuses of government power."
So - did this ruling just set the precedent that POTUS can’t use EO to ban ‘assault weapons’, our other such nonsense gun control measures the Dems are salivating about?

But, make no mistake. Despite the fact that apparently a hand gun was used (45 cal), they will still use this incident to push their gun grabbing agenda. Since this involves another mentally ill person, they will push to require mental comp checks prior to any weapon or ammo purchases.
