I went for a bike ride this morning and watched part of the marathon. Here's the first runner just getting into town.

Cool. Thanks for the pix. I am in town and trying to avoid that area today.
I ran my first St. George Marathon, wow was it hot near the end. I have never seen so many people walking and trying to stretch out cramps. The ambulance was also up and down the street all day long. I have a friend/relative that dropped at mile 25, left in an ambulance for some fluids. What a difficult time to drop, I feel horrible for her. After getting leg cramps at a race last year I started taking salt pills, I think that saved my day.
