Ok I'm a newbie and I wanted to see what some of you more experienced riders consider your top 5 most dangerous rivers. Something for me to aspire to and also stay away from until I'm completely ready for the big dogs.

Hmm, in that list I know none of the rivers :ne_nau: but I mostly stick to Utah rivers. In Utah I'd say Cataract canyon is the biggest whitewater you can get. Westwater brings in its share of deaths every year.
Lodore had a boy drown this year as well... they all can be deadly.
Where do you usually go rafting?
btw, welcome to the forums :2thumbs:
Not too sure I'd call it the deadliest, but all I know is that I head into OR on the 15th of next month to have my supraspinatus, and infraspinatus tendons stitched back together! Cause: Stupidity, but also a nice waterfall in Deep Creek 2 miles north of the junction of North Fork of the Virgin River. Zion Narrows!
those are really words? :haha:Quote:
