Garmin has an Android powered device coming out this fall. I had just bought the 62sc but I returned it in case the Monterra is awesome.

I checked out the Monterra in detail while at Outdoor Retailer in Salt Lake about 1.5 weeks ago and it's a very nice unit with WiFi and plenty of app integration opportunities including using Avenza PDF Maps, etc.
Good call on holding out for it as it's going to be pretty sweet. ;)
