Want to tell your mom how much you love her on mothers day by jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.

I did this back in the '70s. It is awesome, my ex-wife was on the ground and told me I was laughing and carrying on all the way down. These were static line jumps, not tandem. Tandem might be more fun but i loved stepping out on the wheel/strut and holding onto the wing until the jump master tapped you on the a$$.

As much as I'd like to join in, I'm unavailable on that date, and I need to add a few jumps to my logbook this year too!
For those of you worried about Life Insurance, after I left the Army (with many static lines jumps under my belt), State Farm told me they'd pay out if I ever "burned-in" on a free fall jump. Nothing extra required based on my existing policy. The minute the wife heard that, it was open season on jumping! :2thumbs:
If you're going on a tandem jump, call ahead to ensure they have a JM that is equivalent in weight.
I'm going to be honest and say that I'm scared to do it, heh. For the time being at least, heh. But I am motivated not to overpay a single dollar when I finally get around to it.
So is Forty the only one with a pair? Better do it before you get too old and or over weight
