I could have placed this in the building album but figured a master ruin album would be better. This post is from Mesa Verde NP. Post here is you like too.

these are from the kiva at Spruce Tree House at Mesa Verde NP. People kept ruining my shot (I have no idea who these people are), and it got to hot down there so this is the best I could do.
these are from Hovenweep NM
Great photos
Also, Trackrunner, nice try but I'm calling your bluff. Those pictures can't be of Mesa Verde. Where are all the people that usually ruin (hee hee) any pictures taken there.
Actually, all smart-assness aside, those are nice pictures.
Thanks for starting this thread trackrunner. You ROCK!

I like this one because we just stumbled upon it, no signs or books telling us about it. It is near Lake Powell along the road to the ferry.

Went down to the River House Ruin (also known as Snake House Ruin) this past weekend. Thought I would post these "positive" hand pictographs that are not too far from Snake House Ruin. Since this album is of ruins, I better post a couple of those here also.
having a brain fart apparently
No fair, blueeyes! If this is open to ruins outside the Four Corners I'm gonna go scan in all my old slides from Chiapas, Guatemala and Peru!
I'm a sucker for Mayan and Inca stuff just like Ancestral Puebloan.
I am sorry! It didn't say Utah Ruins... just Ruins. You all have to be more specific with me. Guess someone can slap me upside the head. I will take it down.
Go ahead and post the Great Wall. I created the thread and was going to post some pics of Chitzen Itza that I have. Plus the first set of pics I posted were not of Utah but Colorado.Quote:
