I think it has been completely ruled out as an engineered virus but there is evidence that it escaped from a lab.
I guess we go were the evidence takes us.

So the new theory is a third of the population already has or had Coronavirus and didn't even know it? Wouldn't this actually be a good thing as it means herd immunity is imminent?

Yeah I don't believe it was engineered but I personally haven't ruled out the theory that it escaped from the Virology lab.
That institute being in the same city as the outbreak gives enough reason to warrant a thorough investigation. But China has a problem with transparency. I think most governments do.
Blaming it on the wet market is plausible and it wouldn't be the first or last time a virus mutates and makes a jump. But if it did come from that lab then it needs to be determined how and why to prevent this from happening again. And to hold them accountable. But China is not the only country with virology research going on.

Here is an interesting article on the Wuhan Lab from 2017
It is the first of 7 bio-level 4 labs to be built in China. The worst part about China or countries like China having bio-level 4 labs is that they don't allow inspections. Inspections in a lab are to help you find deficiencies in your processes and procedures so you can fix them. But I guess if you have something to hide...

They had evidence in December that the virus had begun and offered no help.
This cover up is a result of communist control media and state.
In the USA this information would have been leaked within hours.

These medical experts are all posing for a vaccination verification card, for everyone that has been vaccinated. Will everyone be required to have those, or just American citizens, because requiring illegals to get them would be to much of a burden, and therefore racist?
