:eek2: wow - what a beautiful resort! I could SO sleep on the bed just off the beach , get up in the morning and just roll out of bed and step onto the sand and go straight into the water....damn...do ya have to have clothes on 'cause that would be interesting... :haha:

After a VERY stressful last month and with lingering remnants into February, Alison has decided that it's time for her to go to the Yampah Vapor Caves and indulge in a full body salt scrub, 60 minute massage, and soak in the mineral caves to unwind from this grueling new year. My appointment is at 5:30!! Woo hoo!! I can NOT WAIT. :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :mrgreen:

Awwwwwwwww I'm back. Wow. So I soaked in a mineral bath, soaked in the caves, got buffed to a shine with salts and kneaded like a loaf of bread. I smell like a Lavender field and I am so relaxed. Now I am going to have a beer and eat some pizza. YAY to me for making it through my week. :nod: :2thumbs:

Sorry guys- cameras not allowed in the spa or caves.....although while soaking in my own mineral bath I thought about taking a photo for you guys. Does that count? :lol8:
