1/3c. pineapple juice
1/2c. peanut or sesame oil
1/3c. soysauce
1/4c. dark molasses
teaspoon of FRESH ground ginger
take thawed cleaned chicken breasts ( legs will work too) and soak in a sea salt brine for a couple hours & rinse before grilling.
baste with sauce while turning
drool alot while cooking
grilled onions - I prefer Maui sweet onions but vidalias work well too. Cut into 1/2" slices making sure youkeep th eslices together while grilling. Dip in olive oil and season with sea salt & pepper.
OH, and I made dutch oven peach/pineapple cobbler too :mrgreen:
