So it sounds like the modeling that is the basis for everyones concern have been off,
BUT--they are updating.
Are they updating due to folks going to hospitals around the country and seeing no emergency/pandemic numbers?

The Trump campaign has been anonymously donating meals to hospitals in the areas hardest hit by the coronavirus outbreak, including New York, New Jersey, Michigan and Washington state, according to a report Thursday.
Fox News political reporter Brooke Singman reported that President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign has been placing the orders since last Thursday.
“They’re doing it as a donor who cares,” a source was quoted as saying. “So nothing politically is tied to it. … We’re just trying to, you know, show a thank you.”
“They’re trying to send things that are like, local restaurants that may need support [and] cool restaurant icons of the area that may need the business,” a source said.

I'm on another forum, a very large several million folk forum.
Lots of Dr's and nurses of varying stripes from all across the country.
This morning, some are slammed(heavy metro areas) and others are being laid off.(Ohio, Texas, others)
Seems a very spotty but when in a bad area, it's very bad, others hardly affected.

Just ones perspective but a very common one, it seems:
"A lot of former partners of mine are RNs and several more are MDs, all working in NYC. They have absolutely nothing good to say. Complete shitshow according to all of them. No room for patients, stretchers lined up end to end in hallways with patients, ERs working at well above capacity 24/7. Mutiple wings converted to ICU wings to take the critical patients, etc. No end in sight as there's a constant, non stop influx of patients, even during the historically slow hours between 04:00-07:00 AM...
I do know for a fact that FDNY METU units are transferring patients to UpState NY hospitals to relive overcrowding at city hospitals...
On the flip side, my brother is a contract CC RN and is currently working at a large hospital in GA. Absolute ghost town according to him. Patient numbers have decreased (substantially) according to him, and that decrease coincides with the COVID-19 outbreak.. He says all their 'regulars', the same people that go to the ER multiple times a week for BS, stopped coming weeks ago, as well as those with BS ailments. The only ER visits they're getting are legitimate patients.... He's attributing the substantial decrease in ER visits to the fact that people do not want to be anywhere near COVID--19 patients and thus are avoiding the hospitals."

So with only a degree in logic.
It would seem all the models were based off NY, NJ, Conn, etc.
Models in those areas are likely close.
But the rest of the non huge city areas are less affected by a large factor, maybe 4x or greater?:ne_nau:
So it begs the question---are these areas not going to be affected OR has their curve yet to start ?
