I am binging on fat like crazy in preparation for the HTC diet starting on Sunday.

HCG is a chemical produced in pregnant women that helps your body burn fat. Normally if you consume less than 1100 calories a day your body will burn muscle and keep the fat. The HCG allows your body to burn off old fat for energy while you eat a very specific 500 calories a day (that is an over simplified explanation). You start off with two days of binging to raise your fat levels in your blood stream to kick off your diet. You take HCG everyday (through a single short or 3 drops of hcg 3 times a day) and then you eat a very simple diet for 40 days. My mother-in-law just did it and lost 20 pounds in 40 days (and she was pretty thin before hand). My sister-in-law is huge and she has lost about 2 pounds a day for the last two weeks.
