In the meeting with Barr and DOJ people, he said multiple times the inability to legally bring charges did not influence his decision to not recommend anything. Now he's saying it did. Mueller had the availability to point to something Trump did, and say we can't indict a sitting President. But there's NOTHING. Even if we can't indict, he didn't mention any single act of wrong doing. He could list any crime, any wrong doing and say BUT... we can't go further. But he couldn't, because there's nothing. With Hillary there was a definite something, an absolute topic of conversation, and then the decision to not go forward.
