I can tell you what my party wants: A secure border where very little if any non-citizens aren't getting thru along with an immigration policy that brings in more educated/skilled people.

Fewer people coming in that need federal or state assistance means there's more for those that where actually born here that need it. We really don't need to IMPORT more of that, for Christ's sake. How about the gangs and heavy drugs? The left is demonizing the border guards!

Well, I can tell you what they don't want. They obviously aren't happy that Trump stopped "tearing apart families". It's amazing. Trump signs an order (that they have been clamoring for) and when I wake up this morning, all of the headlines are about how horrible Trump is for signing an executive order. You just can't please them.

All I can say is that congress better get off their butts and start doing something.

I think the Republicans have been ready to deal for a long time. They're bringing more money for border security (the Wall) to the table and it's not coming off. I think they also are ready to grant "amnesty" to millions...kinda Reaganesqe. The Dems say "F-you".

I don't know what the Dems want. I don't even know what they would bring to the table right off the bat.

Like I said, the Democrat Party is a friggin' mess. Who's speaking for them?

If by good you mean let everyone walk over the top of him and by extension the American people I totally agree.

Obama was good for Iran, ISIS, the EU, Mexico, China....

I have a quick and simple fix to the border issue.... If you don’t want families separated, secure the border so that illegal immigrants don’t have to be captured by Border Patrol and separated.

1) Cut Unemployment rate from 10 to under 5 % during the economic sh*tstorm when he took office.
2) Created the ACA which covered 20 million additional Americans. As flawed as it may be, it's not going anywhere and when it gets ironed out and working as it should it'll be Obama that gets the credit.
3) 86'd Bin Laden
4) Supported LGBTQ's marriage equality rights (fyi - Millennials couldn't give a sh*t about who marries who and much of the antiquated right wing moral values arguments).

6) Made measurable improvements in increasing renewable energy and increases in fuel standards.
