OK, so for those of you playing along at home, here are the main issues under consideration by Virginia's Democratic leadership:
1. Background checks for gun owners
2. Enactment of "Red Flag" laws.
3. Limits of one firearm purchase per month.
#2 is probably the most contentious as it opens a Pandora's Box that could enable law enforcement to revoke your guns for almost no reason whatsoever.
