Well I'm glad to see we got this thread back on track after all that nauseating chatter about men.
I DID go the distance at 100 days, and I kept the weight off for a while, but it's all back now. I'm starting up a new regimen currently. I'm 8 days in so far.
The best advice I can give is read all nutrition labels, cause sugar is in EVERYTHING. You've gotta regard sugar as a toxin and treat it accordingly, and avoid it as such. Once you get some weeks under your belt, you'll start to feel really good. Then after a few months you'll reach the "snob" stage --- where you're so focused that you sneer at others around you who are indulging in the sugar revelry. This is where you'll see the most significant progress, although you won't be the most popular guy around.
Don't just avoid sugar though...eat lots of lean proteins (poultry, fish, etc), fresh veggies, and whole grains. Drag exercise into the mix and you'll easily drop up to 30+ lbs.
