Nice photo for Post #2000.
I'm guessing Colorado...facing south maybe?
Nope.
But it does face south.
OK hint. It's pretty accessible from major population centers.
My God...can it get any more obscure than this? Dude, that could be anywhere!
But I'll take a wild guess...the hill just outside Victorville, Ca. that overlooks the landfill.
Nope. I thought the Wasatch Front boys would have jumped all over this one.
Alright. This is the same place, 180
Post #2000 isn't showing up in mobile. But based on pic 2, is it mahogany flat below Timp?
I think that's Big Baldy in the first photo and you were on a spur trail just west of Timpooneke Road.
Couldn't have guessed without the Wasatch hint.
Grove creek trail?
Battle creek?
I'm giving it to Glenn. It's not Mahogany Flat but it is below Timp. It's also not on the Battle Creek or Grove Creek trails. It is Big Baldy and it is a spur trail just west of Timpooneke Road, although this scenario could also be seen from Mahogany Flat, just not at quite the same angle. Because Glenn's answer was more correct, I'm giving it to him.
This is actually on the Indian trail on Chris Fisher Flat BETWEEN Grove Creek and Battle Creek, just west of Timpooneke Road.
Okay, here's another video offering. What is the name of the trail in this video clip?

Need a hint
Red Canyon?
Not Red Canyon.
Hint: This video starts facing west. (I'll give more-specific hints as we go along.)
I'll be trekking through Nevada, Utah, and Arizona over the next few days, so I may not get back here right away.
looks like the lower end of Bryce
Yes, it's in Bryce. Just gotta name the trail (it does have a name).
under the rim trail/off Rainbow point.
Did you stay at the coral hollow campsite?
Rigg's Spring trail.
Not Under The Rim trail. Not Rigg's Spring trail.
Further north.
Here's another photo taken on the same trail just a couple days ago, almost exactly a year after the video above was taken. This was just after sunrise.

Y'all need another hint? It connects with three other trails in Bryce.
I'm genuinely surprised that no one's guessed this. Need another hint?
Last hint: Actual sign on the trail. I blocked out the full name...

Fairyland Loop....China Wall, Tower Bridge.
Queens Garden Trail.
Peek-a-Boo Loop?
Tropic Trail
@Canyonlight got it! You're Up!
Attachment 71281
The Tropic Trail is about 1.6 miles long and connects with Peek-a-Boo, then the bottom of Navajo Loop via a short spur. You can actually enter the park for free on the eastern border via the ladder at the gate.
Attachment 71282
Canyonlight doesn't have any photos to post, so I'll get this going again. Name the peak in the center of this photo.

Would that be Kolob Peak?
Looks more like Black Mountain to me.
If it is--at one time, it was going to be developed as a ski area.
Not Kolub Peak. Not Black Mountain. But in Utah and visible from Zion NP.
miners peak
Bingo!
This was a view from Angel's Landing. Here's a wider shot.
