So what's going on? I just got back, and it looks like all hell has broken loose?
If I'm seeing thing correctly.... we did not draft. The draft was set to auto-pick and the commish never actived the draft. Might be caused by all the last minute team chages.
Anyhoo..... wasted to much time on this today so I'm heading back to work. if this gets fixed let me know.

I am going out of town for 11 days starting Saturday, so I would like to have this resolved before then. It will be difficult to play without drafting...
I've already screwed this up so if I screw it up more kick me in the balls if it will make you feel better.

New information
I got a email from yahoo sports stating we didn't have enough players for the Live Draft which I did have set to READY, at drafting time. When this happens Yahoo Sports resets the draft to AUTO and to NOT READY.
That is a little nice to hear letting me know I did have things ready to draft, there just wasn't enough players.
I'm still setting to auto draft with a completely random order with hopes of making the first week.
If you feel like you get screwed because this gets changed to auto draft you can call 1-800-CRY-BABY, then take the team you've been drafted and kick some ass and take 1st place.
So we are set to Auto.... and Yahoo will draft our league when it has computer space..... correct?

About 30 minutes before our first scheduled draft you could view the draft order that was picked randomly by the computer. It was only up for about 5 minutes. When Rock created the Cockblockers it disappeared and never reset.
Only thing I remember for sure was I was at #4 because I went and set my autodraft to pick who I thought would stiil be around through my first 2 picks.
Since I was the 2nd person to create a team I would have been #2 if it was just your sign up order.
I'm also not positive that the order listed will be the true draft order. I read somewhere in the info that draft order will be randomly shuffled 30 minutes before the draft. I'm positive this is what happened last year. So don't count 100% on the order shown being accurate.

Draft order for Public Leagues is determined randomly approximately 30 to 60 minutes prior to the beginning of the draft.
Commissioners of Custom Leagues can specify the order of the draft in their league by:
Clicking the "Commissioner Tools" link on the league home page.
OR
Choosing the "Edit Draft Order" tool.

I definately want to do a live draft. If we miss out on the first week of scoring so be it. Autodraft sucks ass especially in A $50 league. Also i just noticed that the scoring was changed to give RB's more points. It should be one point for every ten yards no matter the position. Now defenses get more points for return yards than WR's. WTF? I thought this was all agreed upon months ago. I don't want to be a bitch but we got to get this shit right.Quote:

I agree it should be 1 point per ten yards, regardless of position. So, 1 point = 10 yards for WRs, RBs, TEs, and punt/kickoff returns.

Ya, I wanted a solid QB. In my opinion, one of the big keys to victory in FF is to be strong in the QB position. Case in point, I have done well the past two years, and both years I had excellent QBs (Carson Palmer in 2005, and Drew Brees in 2006)
