I want to quit smoking. Quit smoking tobacco, quit smoking hashish, quit smoking cannabis, all the nasties.
Then I came across "abstinence". Apparently if you smoke "abstinence" for one year, you reduce certain medical risks by 50%.
Where do I get some?
