Just barely coming alive this morning. I have tons of photos and videos to upload.
Kapitan-Love your furniture!!! Your kittens look so happy to have something new to claw. HAHA!!
Had a blast last night! Sent Chere a pic message of me with my chopsticks and mouth full of sushi. Was thinking of you guys from last weekend while devouring a few rolls.
The Rev performed a great show as always and the opening band Slim Cessnas Autoclub was a riot. Will put up a few pics later. :2thumbs:
Time for banana bread and coffee!!! Yum!!!
Hubby and I just got done putting together our 5 year old's bunk bed. He's so excited. Gave me a good reason to pick up his room and throw lots of stuff away. So now I am going to start an early dinner. Going to make a Thai Peanut encrusted chicken dish along with coconut basil sticky rice. Yummy!!! The weather is chilly and dreary outside. Wish it would just snow and get it over with. This spring like conditions are horrendous right now. Mud and rain and dirty snow. Blech! :lol8:
Just restin from my labors & working on building potatochowder for dinner. Potato, cheddar, bacon.....yumyumyum
sitting in the dark by a small fire listening to chill music.

Today was Sarah's B-day. She is grounded and missed out on her big B-day party, but we had a very small just family party and for dinner her choice was steamed artichokes. YUMMMM.
Yeay! Artichokes rule! I had chicken breasts for dinner :ne_nau:
Artichokes do rule! They were so yummy dipped in butter. My kids love them.
 :2thumbs:
I awoke with a start this morning. Thought I had woke up 1 hour late... the room was unusaully bright. I looked at my clock and it was 5:15. I open my blinds and what do I see..... SNOW!!!! I wish it were not Monday... I want to go play!!!
Sun here, all sun :lol8: And I will be going out and playing :haha:Quote:

Made a huge pot of palak paneer and a huge pot of paneer makhani last night - there's 16 meals.
This morning, I'm simmering a big pot of chana (chickpeas) to make some chana masala.
Get the feeling I like Indian food?
Balsimic Pork Roast... new recipe for me so I hope it tastes good.Quote:

I am downloading ALL my music on my new 120GB IPod....damn, that holds a lot of music. I put nearly my whole library on it and I still have close to 100GB :eek2: I'm putting video and pictures on it now
I need to go on a diet after just reading what everyone's been cooking up!! Everything sounds delish!
So right now I am contemplating how to be a stay home mom and leave my 11 year career behind. Problem is, the numbers aren't adding up like I'd like them to and I'd never get to travel again- not even to Moab because I'd be too poor. :frustrated:

You need to work on that music library. I bought a 120g iPod when my previous 20g died. It freed me up to load more favorites, but my library would not fit on a 120g. I'm looking forward to when iPod makes a 300; I'll be able to load my entire library and still have half that space for movies or photos...Quote:

Sarah is picky picky picky... she ate it because her alternative was instant oatmeal and I think she is getting tired of eating that. :lol8:
:lol8:
Wondering how come no one posted anything in the general section in the last three hours or so. That's pretty amazing.
Myself, looks like I am going to be sick with the flu or some other damn illness :ne_nau:
Just brought a few new toys home.... Admiring them in the living room.....
Your not alone - I've got this cold that has decided to stay. Drinking soup for supper. :ne_nau:Quote:

Sorry to hear some of you guys aren't feeling well. :ne_nau: I know how that goes! If you remember correctly, I had a whole house full of sickies just a couple weeks ago. :haha:
Regarding GHB's food posts.......WILL YOU PLEASE STOP????? HAHA!!! I am so freaking hungry right now and that sounds simply DIVINE. You and I have the same tastes. We even ordered the same dessert. :2thumbs: I wouldn't expect any less out of ya! Now will you go RUB your ipod or something?
:lol8:
I just got back from dance class. Our performance dance is coming together very well and I am so excited. It finally started to come natural. Go find Beats Antique, the song Intertwined. High energy, rump shaking song!
:roflol:
Back at work after awful sleepless night due to congestion - guess I can't sleep breathing through my mouth. Drinking coffee that is music to my sore throat. Also took an aspirin and a multi vitamin but this sucks!

You too, Felicia! Feel better! I'm gonna buy some NyQuil today. I remember the last time I took it was years ago and I had high fever and a killer night that crossed over between dream and reality :2thumbs:Quote:

Sounds like a neat way to spend the day. Can't quite make out the sign - what's the project about?
What is that purple thing above your presentation? An octopus? A monkey? :ne_nau:
