Twilight/Night Skiing at Brighton 12:30-9 or 4-9 then bail whenever. Meet down near the bottom of the canyon at Bohemian Brewery in Midvale. About a 30-35 minute drive from the resort.

I might go ski at Brighton on Friday evening, although I've never skied there at night and only once during the day and feared for my life with all the seemingly out of control kids zooming by me all over the place... not my favorite place to ski. Where is the meeting place there? and what time?

I might go to Bohemian, but probably not unless I ski - I know I wont motivate to go out at 10:00 after sitting home and chillin' prior to that.

I pretty sure I wont go snowshoeing, although I'm bummed because I was really looking forward to that with everyone, but I know myself well enough to know that I wont drive all the way up to Snowbasin to snowshoe.

Which means I won't be doing sushi in Ogden either.

I, too, look forward to the reports, and wish I could participate more!!

I'm in, but pending. My wife is due in a week and a half, so I'll play it day by day.

I'll most definitely hit the dinners, and maybe skiing at Brighton at night.

I'll have to see how things are going when I go snowshoeing, I'll have to make sure I get cell service and all that good stuff, like an escape plan. :haha:

Alison is staying with me. You are welcome too, we can just have one big sleep over on Friday night. Then you will be motivated to join us for the snowshoe.

My kids beds are pillowtops and only a year old so they are comfortable and they will be with my mom.

I promise by sunday night I will have a map and pin more info down. Right now I am so busy with work, work and ski team I can't think.

We can meet at the same place as last time, in the cafeteria lodge. Right when you walk in the door there is restrooms straight ahead and a bulletin board where they post weather reports. We could meet there at 5:00 PM. This would give everyone a chance to get there and get settled. :2thumbs:

Thanks so much for the invite! Since I live right at the bottom of the mountain, it doesnt make much sense to drive to Ogden to sleep! :-) I think I may join up for Friday skiing though... I'm not sure how I compare in skill level to ya all though - This is my 4th year skiing - I can pretty much ski anything (although it aint pretty!) except I totally dont know how to ski in deep fresh powder yet!

Yeah I think we are settled on Brighton. Thanks for the discount link though. I forgot that you could get a discount at Canyon Sports. Saving 7 bones works for me and I live near a CS. The cool thing about Brighton is that you can ski 12:30-9 ("Twilight") or a night pass from 4-9. :rockon:

So, I usually have my son Saturday nights. His mom works weekend nights so it's a pretty set schedule. I'm not compaining; it's great because he and I have a lot of fun together. However, since I do have a Saturday night off; any chance we're going out somewhere after sushi? Dance club, live music, pool hall, comedy club, karaoke? What's fun in Ogden on a Saturday night? Actually, I'm good with playing cards or risk or charades but would like to plan my liquor purchases in advance if that's the plan... :naughty:
