Reading beta and Bogley trying to figure out exactly what I want to do this weekend.
TGI-F'n-F!!!!!!!!!!!! :headbang:
Waz in the agenda fer the weekenzzzz. . .
Vaccuming my office in my underwear.
Just got home following a week-long trip in the motorhome with the grand-kids. My wife packed enough food, clothes and gear for an army, so we brought most of it back. Gawd, i am tired. A huge thunderstorm stuck right after we drove in, so we were fortunate in that respect. It was a great week of hiking, swimming, boating, exploring, etc, and lots of great food. :2thumbs:
Searching REI site for a good daypack. What do you guys think of the REI Jet UL Pack? Although this Marmot Garmsal backpack with back cooling gizmo would be cool. I am going there after work, need to buy slime filled tubes - 3 flats in a week! WTF?
Packing for Ben Lomond peak tomorrow.
Following the margarita and mexican food for dinner with a beer in order to have enough chunk to shake/jiggle at my performance tomorrow night. :2thumbs:
All packed for a local hike in the morning, BBQ tomorrow night, wine tasting on Sunday. :2thumbs:
I also need to catch up on my computer stuff - trip reports, pictures, video etc.
In the AM I'll be running more cardboard to the dump from my move and new furniture. Then I am supposed to go up to the in-laws cabin for lunch.
More new house chores are bound to also happen. I hope I can at least get a trip in to sonic for a slushie.
Funny, I just finished packing for the night for an upcoming move, myself. Still way too much crap to box up, but we've got a cardboard mountain growing in the living room. OOOOF!
I guess this is where those acquired warehouse skills will pay off in life. :lol8:
Oh man moving SUCKS!!! Never again. :nono:Quote:

I'm digesting dessert. Sitting outside watching the sunset and about to go take a walk.
It's done. Now I'm gonna finish my beer, shower and go to sleep.
Packing for vacation...damn do I need a recharge.
By this time Wednesday I'll be on the beach sipping something cold and eating sun chips. Also planning some fires on the beach roasting smores and a raspberry shake a day sounds like a good schedule. Followed by hiking, motorcycling, biking with my boy and boating. Wait, that doesn't sound relaxing. . .maybe more time napping at the beach instead.
Just finished up my meal plan too. . .going to be stellar. :five:

Stayed home from work today to take care of my wife, who came down with some kinda stomach flu overnight. Poor thing is sound asleep, as are both of my kids.

Watching an episode of The 4400
Sitting on my balcony looking at the Armageddon weather that's creeping up on us. This looks sinister.
LOVING that I don't have to work until Wednesday. WOO HOOO!!!!! Gotta get to bed early though. Hiking to Thompson lakes tomorrow morning with my oldest son and his friend. SO HAPPY TO HAVE A DAY OFF. :2thumbs:
Is this Pioneer Day in Colorado or some other holiday? I am so jealous of your days off ;-)
I don't know of Pioneer day here? If there is one, I have no clue. But then again, I've worked 12 days straight so I've had no life. How's that storm brewing your way? I love monsoon season here......crazy dry lightening and warm wind in the evening. LOVE SUMMER!!!! :five:Quote:
