Everything you said about that dude on the roof applies to them too. So, if the guy on the roof was in jeans and a TShirt causing a traffic jam wanting to kill himself, would you still encourage him to jump? Ya know, it's hard to tell about a person in jeans and a t-shirt: He MIGHT BE A SOLDIER.
