haven't looked at your links yet, but just wanted to mention one thing to keep in mind. the problem one faces with using these numbers is determining how to eat the carbohydrates in such a way that your brain will actually get that amount spread out over the entire day in a fashion that uses it effectively. this is one of the benefits to complex carbohydrates , that they generally are broken down and converted much more slowly, and tend produce a longer lasting source of glucose without the detrimental spikes.
