The location and inscription have got me stumped. Even asked some coworkers and not a clue. The other inscriptions are so blatently obvious, yet that one makes no sense at all.
Anyhow, it looks like we might need a clue on the photo.
Would this be the Canadian border? Looks like flatlander country.
