^^^ The best I can guess is that this clip is a story about how Bronco Mendenhall showed the Virginia players a video clip of BYU losing to Utah in the Las Vegas bowl last year as a means of motivating his team to adopt a better attitude.
I can't think of a better way to motivate ANY team than showing them a video of the Cougars getting the shit stomped out of them.

The defense deserved it and that stop.
Taysom was a couple yards short of victoriously riding out of the stadium on his teammates shoulders. It was so obvious that they would call his number. He nearly beat the Utes, almost singlehandedly.

Ok gents, with last week's rivalry game in the books, it's time to move on to the season's last cupcake...the mighty Spartans of San Diego state. Hopefully the Utes don't overlook them and find some way to lose.
The Utes are heavily favored, and should come away with a resounding victory, but I've said that about the previous two games this season.

Next week's game versus the Trojans should be interesting. Utah will look to avenge last year's 18 point loss in SoCal, but USC is gonna be hungry for a win after losing today - the second loss in three weeks.
Well, the Utes did what they needed to do for their out of conference schedule. It didn't always look great but they are 3-0. I think next week is a big game for the PAC12 South race. USC is very beatable, especially in SLC. If they are legit contenders they win that game, but please quit turning the ball over. This season is like a rerun of the last few years, with the D keeping us close and all of us fans praying the offense can do just enough.
