They are actually linking those pictures, instead of uploading them. They grab the url of the pic, for instance the url of your last pic is:

Maybe it's a dude, if my left arm wasn't in the way, I might have a better idea. I still don't know... colored hair in that unisex length, zero facial hair, even if I detect some eyeliner, that doesn't matter at these concerts.
