These were taken in a "failed" trip up LCC to catch the last leaves with color mid October. Not much for the leaves but the sky was awesome that day.

noice, summit. the contrails in the reflections come out really nicely.
generally contrails annoy the hell out of me, marking up a beautiful sky ...
but you've created beauty out of them here.

thanks for posting. looking good.

summit, is that a vert pano/HDR? If so, I've got to ask-does your camera have auto-bracketing and if so, are you using it? Or are you manually changing exposure for the HDR shots to create several HDR's that you then stitch together?

I'm loving the effects you're getting. :nod:

Yip, if I recall correctly this was shot at -3, -1, +1 (1/3, 1/18, 1.3sec) @ F18

hahaha... yeah, i want to come. except i'm in vietnam right now, walking around in the muck waiting for a sunset. i'll take you up on the offer when i get back in to town for sure.
