That was cool. Thanks for sharing. Been a while since races sounded like that.

Actually, I'll guess Windham.
It would be Doug Henry on a Yamaha in 1998.
That sweet YZM400 that Henry rode in 1997... I went to the Hangtown outdoor national right after Doug won in Vegas and got to see it up close and talk to him on Friday when they had practice. Handmade frame, custom CNCed cases, hand welded Ti silencer, it was super exotic for American motocross. It also was the only four stroke on the track back then.

Moto Madness= Waiting for the snow up north to just go away.
But the good is the deep ass creek crossings:2thumbs:
When Garbo told me he was bringing a ridding buddy down for Moab I just figured this is what he was talking about.:ne_nau:
The white and blue with some yellow machine. Would not blow me away in the least but dude I want to take her for a spin:slobber:
They tell me they are very street friendly as well.
From what little I understand it's like drop 50 hp for trail on the switch and gain the full150hp on the pavement.
Hell I don't know if my little 500 is 50 hp or not but I'll tell you this.
My mechanic told me just keep the dirt out and you can expect 500-600 hrs before a top end rebuild.:2thumbs: Yahoo that is music to my ears but he kicked my ass on this last race down here.:roflol:
