Remember the "pipe burst" story of why Georgia had to stop counting on election night, that NOBODY believed? Besides not having any work orders from any construction crew to fix it, it turned out to be a slow leak. But what really caught them, was the network traffic and computer activity that CONTINUED while everybody was kicked out of the offices.

Also--in my Southern Utah non attorney analysis,

I believe Trump had to make a clear distinction that Sydney Powell was not in his or his teams employ

in order to not create a conflict of interest knowing he would pardon Gen. Flynn, a client of Powells.

"You don’t understand the difference between proof and evidence. No one ever provides “proof” in any trial or lawsuit. You present evidence that either meets or does not meet the burden of proof. Proof is a concept, it’s the sum of all the evidence. A video of a man robbing a gas station is evidence, it’s not proof. But it generally meets the burden of proof to get a conviction.

That being said. A ton of evidence has been presented. Direct witness testimony is very credible evidence and can meet the burden of proof. They have hundreds of people testifying that basic election law was ignored.

What exactly are you expecting for “proof”? You want them to catch Joe Biden on camera filling out ballots with his name on them and feeding them into dominion machines? It’s not going to happen. This case is too big for that. The testimonies and subsequent evidence that comes from these affidavits will serve as the proof."

Appeals Court Grants Expedited Review Over Lin Wood’s Election Lawsuit in Georgia

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday granted Lin Wood’s emergency motion seeking an emergency review of a lower court’s decision that had rejected his efforts to delay the vote certification in Georgia. However, the court said that the appeal could only proceed if Wood could address certain jurisdictional issues.
Wood, an attorney with Trump’s reelection campaign, announced on Twitter, “Thanksgiving Eve News! 11th Circuit granted my Emergency Motion for Expedited Review of lawsuit challenging validity of GA election procedure.
