Nah. Worse stuff goes on backstage during any given concert tour of any given rock band. Rudd isn't going anywhere. If anything this was a publicity stunt to generate more cash for the up and coming album/world tour.Quote:

I'm surprised at how fast the case was dismissed though. The good thing is they've got their studio work all done. Rudd did miss the film dates for 2 music videos, could have been related to this stuff.
They're definitely going out on tour within a year with or without Rudd. My guess is he'll be there.
