Yes, there is a leash rule and no the dog wasn't leashed. But as a dog owner I don't blame the dog, it wasn't his fault, it was just a silly accident with large consequences for me. Yes, the dog owner asked if I was alright, but I don't think he had any clue about the gash in my leg. I still can't believe such a silly tip-over had such results.Quote:

Yeah, I had to cancel this weeks canyoneering trip because the doc has some crazy idea the rancid slot canyon water would not be good for the wound. :roll:
But I refuse to cancel my May 19th trip unless my leg is hanging by a tendon. :2thumbs:

Today I got the stitches out.... I still can't swim in putrid canyoneering water for about 2 weeks or ride my mountain bike, but I'm hoping to do some dry canyons this week. I still have to keep the wound closed with Steri-Strip's for a couple of weeks so it doesn't split open.
