Hey Chere, I found the problem. This seems to happen when you're in "Compatibility view" - that button right next to your url bar. Try turning that off.
I got your same issue when I turned it on.

Ok turned off Compatibility Veiw and that fixed the big gap between start of post and the quote. but the buttons for pages in a thread are still overlapped by the iconsQuote:
