I think he is receiving a citation for being a public nuisance or obscenity. :ban: He of course is on the phone with is lawyer. "Hello? Is this my lawyer... anyway, I told her it was a popsicle stick but she isn't buying it. She is still writing out a citation. What do I do now?"
