Hey Pelon1, what kind of smoker do you use? I am interested in getting one and I am not sure whether to get a gas, electric or good old fashioned stoke your own fire smoker. I was thinking of gas just so I could take in to freezefest or other non-electric settings.
I have an 18" Camp Chef Propane that I am going to switch to natural gas. It would be perfect to take on such outings but I will keep it on the back porch. Unless I get a 24" for the house then the 18" could be my portable model. I have only had it 3 or so weeks but it has performed well.
Damn that looks good Pelon1. :jaw-dropping:
3 cheese garden pizza with fresh veggies from the garden...tomatoes, yellow squash and zucchini.
Nice. That pizza looks tasty.
Homemade sliders and sweet potato fries with a lemonade.
