The wife and I went into Bryce Canyon City for dinner. Only the locals weren't wearing masks, but the tourists sure were..Tomahawk Bison Steak was on the menu..along with a cold IPA!

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy that he's doing that. At the same time, you can't tell me that this is about health and safety. It's about the powers that be telling people what they can and can't do. I'm over it.
We have now reached a new high in stupid... imagine riding a motorcycle outside while wearing a mask to protect your health but not wearing a helmet.

This is the very reason why I wasn't too miffed that Biden won. Because I knew that the only way to show the idiotic shitlibs of the world how stupid Biden is is to let him bumble around and make a fool of himself. If Trump won there would be a chorus of idiots complaining that Trump is screwing up and how Biden would have done better.
As an update on the mask situation, I'd say about 70 - 80% of folks are bare faced pretty much everywhere.
I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a convenience store today and see most of the store staff going commando. What was even more shocking to me was that it was at the station up at Jeremy Ranch- Summit County, where they have been the strictest and and had the longest mandates in the entire state. 👌
I expect most of the masks in Utah to disappear in the next couple of weeks.
If it weren't for that c^nt Jenny Wilson it would be within a week.
Also... I expect to still be seeing some wearing masks a year from now as it's become so ingrained in their thoughts going without a mask would be like going out with pants.
I've pretty much stopped wearing them. As for the rest of the state, well the church is now allowing people to go without them, so I'd guess that the rest of the state will soon too. Because that's just how it goes around here.
Dear Diary,
Today I went to Costco and they told me at the door that masks are now optional. I shopped with a bare face, I couldn't believe it!!
Went to Home Depot last night in Centerville. They have removed their mask required signs, and saw most HD workers maskless. :2thumbs:
Meanwhile, local FB people are roger that despite Smiths still having their masks required signs up, many people ignore it and go in with no mask on. 🤣
And as of today, masks are not required at Smiths.
Smith's and Harmons are both going maskless and allowing employees to go maskless beginning Thursday.
Yesterday I walked through the SLC Airport without a mask and no one said shit to me, even though it's one of the places you're supposed to mask up. I didn't do it to be an ass, I just forgot my mask. Delta handed me a mask when I went to board.
I've done a fair amount of flying since this whole thing started. I'm generally on a plane about once a month. I have yet to wear a mask in an airport, with the exception of TSA is making you mask up going through security (they provide if you don't have one), and actually getting on the airplane and flying. I'm not trying to be an ass, but I just refuse to wear one if at all possible.
I would, at least for travel. One of the worst illnesses I’ve ever had was after a 15 hour flight on emirates my section was full of older men hacking and coughing the entire time.
Straight from the horses mouth.

It feels weird not wearing a mask after almost 2 years of wearing it.
Same here :) it has become another habit wearing a mask on a daily basis.
What is the particulate size of the Kung Flu virus compared to that of smoke? Gov Caillou isn't recommending anyone to wear a mask for this smoke in the air because it supposedly doesn't help, but he wants to diaper up everyone's face for the Wu Flu?
^^^Gov Caillou... :roflol:
/\/\/\Ha,hahahahhaha! That's awesome!
It's pretty much where I am right now when talking to my friends about "the virus" or "the shot". Previously, I'd say "I don't want to talk about it"...but they would pry and prod and it would turn into a big long discussion with them trying to shame or berate me. Now?...I say "It's YOU who's the fool, because I think whatever that crap was that they put into your body is what's going to kill you when they unleash the next one" And that's pretty much all I have to say.
I'm serious, too...I don't trust any of this crazy bullshit. But at the same time I don't believe in ghosts, demons, Bigfoot, UFOs and I'm pretty convinced Jesus never even existed...so what do I know, huh?
Meme of the week, BTW.
