I finally had a camera in the near vicinity of my dinner and the presence of mind to take a photo of it.
Shrimp Etouffee was on the menu tonight. Sure, Louisiana has some great food but all of the recipe's are on the internet. Now if I could just figure out a way to avoid going there altogether. :eat:
