I LOVE to grille! For lunch today: grilled fish in cracked black pepper & seasonings, grilled pineapple dipped in honey and sprinkled with cayenne pepper & served over a bed of angelhair, butter pepper & grated fresh parmesan. for dessert....in foil...banana & pineapple with coconut milk and dark chocolate. And a Diet Mtn Dew :haha:

looks really disgusting but the first time I had similar I ate it in the dark at the bogleyfest in Moab. Deelicious!! (thanks Chere'). This time I just dug in and enjoyed!

I finally had a camera in the near vicinity of my dinner and the presence of mind to take a photo of it.
Shrimp Etouffee was on the menu tonight. Sure, Louisiana has some great food but all of the recipe's are on the internet. Now if I could just figure out a way to avoid going there altogether. :eat:
