Back from riding Mid Mountain Trail.....eating Michelle's leftover Mexican food and drinking Modelo....
Playing Legos with E while listening Dave Matthews Band.
Taking a short break from home renovations. (Moved into a new - 40 year old - house 4 weeks ago. Lots of work!)
Starting to plan my next Utah excursion, most of mid-October.
About to head to bed, worked a midnight shift last night, and didn't get much sleep after.
First, though, a quick game of Harbor Master on the iPhone. Totally addictive... Made me move on from Flight Control (the game, not the career!)
:lol8: :lol8: :lol8: Awesome.Quote:

Running all over town talking to people and businesses about the big Bike Park Builders Weekend the 11th,12th, and 13th. ...I network...it's what I do :haha:
Mt biking at Snowbasin. Wahoo love the downhill. Cheating is fun!
Just got back from my doctor at the UofU - He released me to go back to work with no restrictions! AND, he built me a brace specifically built to be able to ride my bike! What a nice guy! :haha: :2thumbs:
...........oh SNAP...now I have to go back to work.
YEAH!!!! Don't push that arm. Let it continue to heal. Got it. K
Have fun at work.

Me, I'm sitting here wondering why I can't get to abirken's FB page. Think she's been booted?!?
Not yet: I don't like to drink and drug. But I'm happy to have my laptop back. Although the iPhone was there when I needed it. It kept me pre-occupied and entertained.Quote:

Cannot say how enjoyable I find it to watch the sun go down, while enjoying a fine cigar and drink.
At least the COLD Winter should break me of this new found "issue."
Alison posted about a half hour ago..
I seem to be spending alot of every single day in bikeclothes lately so it's nice to be able to just sit at the computer and veg for a while.
...that'll change Monday...I got released to go back to work then...for two days then I head to INTERBIKE!
Yeah, I know - but there were a few hours when I wanted to post something that it just wasn't available! It was highly frustrating! But all is good now... :2thumbs:Quote:

Actually, Alex knows the real reason. :haha:
Hanging out in Florida :haha:
Headed up to Xterra at Snowbasin. The kids and I are volunteering to help with the transition from mt bikes to running. Janet is racing and a few other people I know. I am excited!!!
Last night we were in downtown Ogden helping with the Kids Zone and afterwards we went to the Jeff Lowe Mountain Film Festival.
Listend to Steve House talk about his new book and watched an amazing short film on three mt bikers, paraplegics, who biked the White Rim in Moab with their own physical power on One Off Hand Bikes. AMAZING!!!
They rode the trail in 6 days.
:2thumbs:
Watching 40 cedars being unloaded in the driveway. 40 more arrive on Friday. Excavator arrives in an hour. There's a hedge in the works...
This is not flip flop weather! Crazy storm.
It is a beautiful day here in SoCal. :nod:Quote:
