Just got back from a weekend at the Abbotsford International Airshow.
Spent the day Saturday in the Executive Club chalet - unlimited buffet breakfast & lunch & snacks, unlimited bar. Pretty sweet!
Saturday night, hung out at the performers' after-show party for a while. Pretty fun seeing the hormones running rampant... Watched (and critiqued) a little bit of international diplomacy as a female USAF Thunderbird and a male CF Snowbird were hitting it off pretty well. By the way, the Thunderbird jumpsuits fit the female team members extremely well. :2thumbs:
Today, took my boy to see the show, and we had a great time. Much less drinking this time, with my boy along, and having to drive home afterwards...
