The first thing liberals need to understand is it's not a crime to work hard, be financially responsible, make wise investments and accumulate wealth.... which is how most people become wealthy, including most rich, old, white guys I know.

Exactly. It's also important for them to recognize that even today, they are also able to do that same thing. People don't get rich by winning the lottery for the most part. They do it by working hard, not spending everything they make, and investing that money for the future in something that will get them a return on that investment.
Also, contrary to what the pope says, doing that is not a bad thing. If you want to bless the lives of others financially, then you better be in a good place yourself financially speaking.

I hope that's true but I have my doubts. The composition of the country changes dramatically every 4 years. Millions more indoctrinated kids graduate into the voting pool, millions more continue their dark education at the universities, immigration sees 1.5 million per year (and figure the same number naturalized from 7 or whatever years ago), and those dying are from generations when real Americans were produced.Quote:

I had 3 incidents after the election from the Trump sticker on my car. All 3 were honking, cussing, chase downs on the freeway. One I waved and smiled while he was yelling out his window abreast of me. The other I chased down in kind and flashed, etc. The third was a scarier, aggressive, feign running me off the road case. That was by Jan of the inauguration. I'll probably put one back on, but am not sure. I have no doubt my car will be vandalized.Quote:

Trump is going to steamroll the 2020 election. Those who voted for him in 2016 certainly are not going anywhere and a lot of middle America is now supporting him. This is going to be Regan vs Mondale all over again.
