Just got home. Blew a tire at the Moab Exit on 70 last night.
Spent the night in Moab. Sucks to be me :)
Had to spend the night riding Hells revenge, and fins and things.
Brad at Moab tire is a great guy. Only been open two months but they are fantastic to work with. highly recommend.
Making a new batch of my home made booze made of honey and 192 proof pure spirit :naughty:
I am also making kiszka ziemniaczana, i.e. potato and bacon stuffed pig intestines. :slobber:

...and filling my 120G Ipod with more tuneage
Packing. Flight to Oakland in the morning. Two weeks at an Army school starts tomorrow.
I'm bacheloring it until Sunday--just dropped off my wife and kids at my wife's family reunion in Huntington Canyon. Now I've gotta figure out something to do for the next few days. :naughty:

resting from a full day working on bikes( see video posted in the mtb section). Now, a little catch up on the interwebs  . Tomorrow I have to drive allover Utah picking up furniture & crap to haul up to Logan - my middle son is moving to USU...with his girlfriend, so I'm hauling the flatbed trailer to Payson to pick up her furniture, then heading to Logan to unload, then heading home.... :eek2: :eek2:
Got my tonsils out this morning, came home and slept 3 hours, feeling surprisingly good (thats the drugs talking) and watching "The Rocker" on Blu-Ray.
Lurking on Bogley. The usual.
I am actually leaving my first post on Bogley in about a month. I've been a busy girl this summer. Lots of local hikes, local bike rides, rafting, dancing local festivals with my troupe, and planning a big family trip to Costa Rica in 18 days. :) Miss ya'll!!!! I promise to be back when summer is over and I'm trapped inside............HAHA!!!!! Catch up with me on facebook too.
ps- i need to do more geocaching. yes.

When I got mine out I did a major regimen of ice for 20 minutes, off for 20, on for 20, etc...for like 6 hours or more (can't remember, it was 10 years ago). But I never swelled and didn't have to take any pain meds after days 1 and my wisdom teeth were HUGE and hard to get out according to the doc.
I swear by that 20 minute thing now :)
Alternating between packing (out of the house in 4.5 days) and doing my shoulder exercises and stretches from the physiotherapist. Torn supraspinatus tendon. Stupid rotator cuff. Plays havoc with packing and lifting.
sweet tip, I'll get on the ice!Quote:

Putting camping gear away, nursing a sunburn, eating chili cheese dog, sipping ice cold beer from a frosted mug and listening to Kenny Chesny. What a fun weekend!!!!
Just getting back from Downata & Lava Hot Springs.
Damn, does it get much better?!? Pretty sweet!Quote:

Out of curiosity I googled the number and it's for the Motel 6 in Woods Cross. How odd.
And that's my adventurous Saturday night. Look for the exciting sequel next week when I post about the car that drove by my place...twice! What could it mean? Are they connected? God, I need to get out more or drink less.
